It gives members the opportunity to wash their car or truck once daily for an entire month! An incredible value and great way to protect your investment in your vehicle.

How often may I wash my vehicle in a month?

You can wash your vehicle once every day that our facilities are open.

Are there long-term contracts when I join?

Absolutely not! You can cancel any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Does the Unlimited Wash Club charge my credit or debit card on a monthly basis?

Yes. Your credit card will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your membership to ensure there is no lapse of service.

Do each of the vehicles I own need its own membership?

Yes. Each vehicle enrolled in our unlimited car wash club receives a unique bar code.

What if I sell my car?

If you would like to transfer your Unlimited Car Wash Club plan to another vehicle please fill out the Cancellation Request Form. A customer service representative will contact you within 5 business days to confirm your request.

How do I cancel my Unlimited Wash Club Membership?

If you wish to cancel your Unlimited Wash Club membership, please fill out the Cancellation Request Form. A customer service representative will confirm your request within 5 business days.

How do I find my “Customer ID”?

Your Customer ID will be the code from the RFID sticker that was affixed to your windshield when you purchased your plan.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my membership to another vehicle?

Please visit our location with your new vehicle to transfer a new pass to that vehicle.

How do I change my plan?

Just stop by our car wash to change plans.

How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by the wash location to reactivate your plan.
